HR Systems Analyst - Central London
An international financial services company in Central London has recently implemented SuccessFactors and is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to be responsible for all SuccessFactors activities.
The main responsibility will be to provide HRIS support in numerous areas including but not limited to EC, PM and LMS. The role in general will be a mixture of both technical activities and first-line support.
HR Systems Analyst - Key Responsibilities:
* ProvideHRIS support in:
* Core Employee Records
* Compensation
* LMS
* Succession Planning
* EC
* Time Management
* Platform
* Performance Management
* Objective Setting
* Reporting
* Career Development
* Technical and functional activities
* Ensure data integrity
* Testing of system changes
* Report Writing within SuccessFactors
This role offers a great platform for someone with good SuccessFactors skills who wishes to progress their career in this direction.
HR Systems Analyst - Required Profile
* 'Hands-on' experience of SuccessFactors
* Experience of systems administration and implementation of SuccessFactors advantageous
* High level of time management and multitasking
