Job Role: Recruitment Co-ordinator
Job Type: 12 Month Contract
Industry: Engineering
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary Expectations: Negotiable
Purpose
The Recruitment Co-ordinator will be required to support the recruitment processes within the Business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Undertake other tasks/activities that reasonably fall within the scope of the Recruitment Coordinator's abilities.
•Maintain the Recruitment Tracker ensuring that current progress and offeree details are kept up-to-date.
•Ensure all candidates undertake McQuaig Occupational Tests (MOTs) or the online version - MMAT - and McQuaig online questionnaires at the appropriate time.
•Create and maintain employee files/records on the HR drive as per process.
•Ensure all permanent and fixed term contract roles are advertised appropriately internally as well as on the website via CareerBuilder (or the Applicant Tracking System when available). This includes Apprentice and Graduate recruitment activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
•Previous experience within a similar role
•Ability to work with and administer large volumes of detailed information
•Good IT skills
•Excellent organisational, planning and analytical skills as well as attention to detail
