Location: Cardiff
40 hours per week between the operational hours of:
8.00am-8.00pm Monday to Friday
8.00am-4.00pm Saturday

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be taking calls from customers and helping them to see new opportunities with different products and offers available. It's about listening carefully to our customer's needs and offering them solutions to make their lives better.
It's not always easy! Which is why we need people who can stay patient, show resilience even when being told no thanks and still close a deal without ever forcing it. People who can keep a close eye on their measured targets.

Desirable Attributes:
- Know a thing or two about the energy industry
