Trendy, casual dining restaurant is seeking a Supervisor to work the busy breakfast shift throughout the week.

Amazing venue serving fresh and quirky cuisine. Candidates MUST be an early riser, this is an amazing opportunity to work set hours with weekends to yourself and evenings off!

About the role:

• Perform all opening duties of the restaurant
• Ensure everything is ready for breakfast service
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Work in a small team, delivery a high standard of service
• Recognise regulars and make all your guests feel welcome
• Work in a busy, fast-paced environment

About you:

• Previous experience within a similar style venue
• Be able to work in a team but also as a single unit
• Not be afraid to get stuck in
• A great personality and always smiling!!!
• Knowledge of tea and coffee preparation essential
