Account Manager Trainee - Packaging
Full training will be given

Company - Established in 1998 this packaging company specialises in creating beautiful card-based packaging for high end luxury brands such as; Gucci, Mont Blanc and Lancome
Roles & Responsibilities -
* Project and account managing and auctioning the artwork flow through the customers critical path process from customer brief to release to the printer
* The main aim of this role is to manage creative projects, which exceed client expectations, on time and budget.
* To be the main point of contact for a list of clients and provide an exceptional service to them.
* You will be required to deal with client queries and communicating professionally with the customer when necessary
* Keeping the Account Manager up to date on project status and potential challenges
* Creating creative written briefs
Experience Needed:
* This is an opportunity for a graduate so full training will be given
* Preferably looking for someone with good numeracy skills, so they can be trained in Estimating
* Self-motivated
* Previous customer service experience
* A natural forward planner who constructively assess their own performance
* Based computer skills are required
* Ability to draft up a creative brief from information provided
* Have a professional and approachable manner
* Has the ability to problem solve and problem share
* Thrives under pressure during peak periods of work
* Must have excellent organisational, written, spoken and time management skills
