A genuinely exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with this leading supplier of high-quality gratings and treads. They are looking for an experienced sales professional that can generate opportunities with architects, fabricators, and contractors to join their team!
SALARY: Circa GBP45k as a basic salary with an annual bonus of approximately GBP3000 to GBP4000 (maybe more), will a fully expensed company car, mobile, 25 days holiday and pension.
LOCATION: You will work from the office in the Kent area for the first 3 month learning about the products and the company etc. You also be sent to their offices in the Netherlands for further training. You will typically spend 3 days out on the road and 2 days working from the office/home. Your territory will include Kent Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Northampton, Cambridge and Peterborough.
You will be selling a wide range of floor gratings, treads, architectural gratings and stair treads to fabrication companies, welding engineers, contractors, and architects.
You will be responsible for a mixture of new business and account management, you will liaise with clients in order to hunt out, quote and tender for future projects as well spending time with architects promoting and specifying the products.
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years field sales experience in a project-based sales role within the construction industry. You will have a stable background and be able to sell and present at all levels.
