Specialising in prestigious residential property with a value of up to GBP10,000,000, our clients, a successful property company are now recruiting a Senior Valuer to join the team.
As a Senior Valuer based at the North East office and covering a large geographical area, you will specialise in residential property with a value of between GBP1,000,000 and GBP5,000,000, converting these into instructions for the company. Additional responsibilities will include:
•Cross-selling and recommending the companies additional products, such as Insurances and Financial Services
•Account Management of clients with multiple properties and portfolios
•Working to set targets, conversion rates and fee levels
•Self-generating your own leads, devising communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding in a timely manner to all leads and enquiries
•Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
You will already be an experienced Residential Valuer with a proven track record of working at the upper end of the market. You must:
•Possess a strong knowledge of the property market and sector as a whole
•Have a minimum of 5 years property valuation experience, with a proven track record, excellent conversion rates and consistent fee levels. This must have been spent working in the GBP1,000,000 and up range
•Be client focussed, aware of the challenges of working at the upper end of the market
•Be highly organised and able to set your own diary
•Be well presented, confident and a skilled negotiator at all levels
•Possess a high level of commercial awareness
•Be able to travel across the UK
