Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32500 DOE - OTE up to GBP55,000

My client is looking for an experienced Service Manager or a highly experience Workshop Controller looking to take the next step.

As Service Manager you will be a vital member of the Management Team, critical in supporting the Dealership Head of Business and the Group to reach set objectives. The role holder will be determined to achieve outstanding customer service results but is also extremely financially and sales orientated.

Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role, ideally with Franchise experience in the Motor Industry. You must be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Organising service activity with the aftersales team to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Overseeing Service Team and customer facing activity professionally at the dealership to deliver the best customer experience. Maximising workshop profit opportunities. Managing accounting and financial reporting, leading motivate and empower the Service team. Dealing with compliance and commitment to training and development using coaching techniques and academy training facilities for both your team and yourself. Managing work space conditions, stock inventories, equipment requirements, warranty parts, maintenance and replacement. Co-ordinating, communicating, implementing and measuring action plans.

DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN THE MOTOR INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL!!
