Position: Head of Estate Services
Location: Midlands and South
Salary: GBP80,000 p/a + GBP5,000 car allowance
Duration: Permanent
THE ROLE
Greenacre is pleased to partner with a National Housing Provider to help source them a Head of Estates that will have complete oversight over the Estate Management Services over a variety of regions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Creating and delivering a robust and commercial Estate Service programme that will not only deliver day to day and cyclical services but ensure improvements over a number of years.
* Setting KPI's, Budgets and other commercial targets that are then communicated to the right managers and staff members.
* Leading of the procurement of various services whether this is cleaning, groundworks etc. that fit a "value for money" philosophy.
* Providing leadership and guidance to a team made up of Regional Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Operatives and Admin Staff.
* Reporting into the Director of Property Services providing updates on KPI's, Budgets, Issues as well as making suggestions to improve the delivery of the service.
* Promote a customer first attitude that is in line with the companies attitudes to not just tenants but also staff members.
* Working with other Heads of Services and Managers within the Property Directorate where appropriate to create a collaborative approach.
REQUIREMENTS
* Highly experienced at operating within a Head of Service of Senior Management level within Estate and Property Management.
* Track record of working in both at operational and strategic level as it relates to budgets, KPI's etc.
* Working in a proactive manner to motivate and inspire teams and colleagues.
