RDF Digital Brighton are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team of hard-working recruiters. We have a strong team who work closely together in a fast-paced environment, based in a beautiful location in central Brighton.
This role will be centred in an IT-specialised industry, allowing new employees to gain a wealth of new skills and experience. We are looking for confident, friendly and articulate individuals who are able to effectively build rapport with our clients and candidates. The ideal candidate must also be driven with a willingness to succeed in an exciting and fast-paced business. We offer a competitive salary, uncapped commission and excellent opportunities for progression. In addition, there are also some great benefits and rewards.
The role will include:
• Producing attractive job advertisements
• Managing and assessing suitability of applicants
• Building and maintaining rapport with clients
• Supporting candidates from CV assessment through to interview
• Organising data, tracking progress of candidates and creating reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Boolean searching
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
• Sales driven
