Client
A luxury country house hotel located in West Sussex, which boasts a fine dining restaurant, alongside immaculate suites for guests and is popular for short breaks and weddings.

Role
As a successful Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for a small team and the day to day running of the restaurant. You will support the Food & Beverage Manager with forecasting the business growth, creating and executing plans for profit and staff development and use your initiative to boost covers and guest satisfaction.
As a successful Assistant Restaurant Manager you will have;
•Proven experience working within fine dining restaurant(s)
•Previous background supervising a team
•Excellent customer service skills
•Enthusiasm and passion for the industry and food and beverage
