Our client, an estate agent based in Coventry are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their great team.
We are looking to recruit an experienced property Sales Negotiator, who knows the local area and property market very well. A proven track record in a property and estate agency sales environment is essential to be considered for this vacancy.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to:
Handle customer enquiries in full, from both vendor and seller
Follow up enquiries
Arrange and attend viewings
Gain and deliver viewings feedback
Negotiate and close offers
Actively promote the company name and brand at all times
Gain new and additional business through mortgage referrals etc.
Manage diary and database
Requirements for the role:
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- Diligent.
- Work towards deadlines.
- Propose and implement marketing initiatives
- Smart in appearance.
- Knowledge of local market
- Clean driving licence with use of own vehicle
In return we offer a competitive basic salary dependent upon experience (Basic GBP15000 to GBP18000 per annum) plus commission and other benefits linked to such a role.
