Required immediately, an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrator to work in a busy CQC Registered Medical Aesthetic Clinic.
May suit a parent as work could be part-time and some work could be done from home. Accuracy, reliability and an eye for detail are the priorities. Very pleasant work environment with varied and interesting schedule.
Bookkeeping
- Must be experienced with Sage Accounting Package.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Daily Reconciliations
- Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Inputting into Sage
- Monthly Reports
- VAT Returns
- Cash handling and reconciliation.
- All other general bookkeeping duties and tasks.
- Payroll preparation
- Manage Petty Cash Account
Administration
- Good eye for detail and willingness to learn (accuracy is of utmost importance)
- Excellent IT skills
- Primarily CQC forms and document updating
- Policies and Procedures
- Manage Loan Accounts
- General Administrative duties
- Opening post, Front-of-House telephone support
