Office Secretary / P.A.
A position for an Office Secretary / P.A. has arisen in a busy firm of Chartered Accountants in the Gateshead/Heworth area due to retirement. Reporting directly to the company director, the main duties of the role include liaising with clients, typing, filing, photocopying, handling of incoming telephone calls, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, assisting the accounts staff and all other general office duties as needed. Full time and part time applications will be considered. Previous experience in a similar role will be a distinct advantage. An up to date CV is required with each application.
