Measurer / Installer (Customer Service)

They are looking to appoint a customer focused person as a Measurer / Installer where you will visit their Client sites and measure out for uniforms. This is a mobile role working Monday - Friday and whilst you can be based anywhere, as the region you will cover is from Bishop Stortford down to Kent it is preferred to be based near their offices in Fakenham.
Within the role you will measure individual wearers on their customers premises, recording their specific measurements accurately, and sending this information to the Fakenham office. Conducting accurate stock takes of garments, by hand and with the use of a scanner, you will lead the installation of the garments (label lockers, sorting garments into correct locker locations) for both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will have a clean driving licence, and will be extremely customer focused. With the ability to use a sizing set to measure the wearers exact size, as well as being comfortable in using a tape measure, you will be able to record information clearly and accurately.
As the role involves you being unsupervised on customer premises, you will have customer focused skills, and will be respectful, diplomatic and tactful. A flexible attitude is required – as it is a mobile role, overnight stays will be required (estimated to be one per week).
