This role is all about communicating our key messages and taking our corporate supporters and fundraisers on a similar journey, enabling them to take on a personal challenge to push their own mental, emotional and physical limits, whilst raising much needed funds to help us continue our vital work.

It could be walking in the arctic, trekking through the desert, 10 peaks in the Brecon Beacons or even undertaking one adventure per month for a whole year. Our fundraising events are varied, challenging and almost certainly involve being outside.

You will work with our Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver well managed, challenging, fun and safe events for our corporate sponsors and maximise fundraising opportunities.

You will help set up and organise corporate challenges such as sponsored mountain events for major companies or our own in-house events, working to a set brief and ensuring the fundraising for each event achieves its target.

Although you’ll spend a certain amount of time behind your desk, you’ll have the chance to get out of the office, travel to beautiful parts of the country and enjoy the wonders of the outdoors.

Your role will also include:

- Relationship building with targeted corporate sponsors
- Attending events and supporting corporate teams
- Associated administrative activities, updating databases and detailing conversations with fundraising teams
- Developing events
- Preparing resources
- Helping with logistics
- Thanking participants and sponsors
- Reporting and banking activities

About You

To be considered as our Events Fundraising Officer, you will need:

- Previous administration experience and the ability to use and update databases
- A self-motivated, well-organised approach
