The Fishponds Family Practice is a growing and innovative practice in Bristol looking to recruit an Assistant Practice Manager to its friendly and supportive team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and forward-thinking with good interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate good HR attributes. A key part of the role will be providing guidance and stability for our practice team. Previous experience of working in the NHS is not essential.
We have a diverse patient population of over 13,000 looked after by 8 doctors and a nursing team of 6 and operate from large purpose-built premises with on-site secure staff car parking. We are also a training practice with good links with the local deanery and universities.
The role will be for 31.5 hours per week spread over a 9 day fortnight and the salary will be dependent on experience.
