They are looking to appoint an Operations Administrator where you will support to Engineering and Operations team based at their Merton site.
Within the role you will provide accurate, effective and professional administration and excellent customer service. Recording Engineering and Operations data and preparing reports as required, you will assist the Engineering Manager with budget controls within the departmental cost centres. Manipulating data to generate reports within Excel and Agility, you will liaise with suppliers and contractors on orders and service schedule, whilst maintaining customer and staff confidentiality.
As the successful candidate you will have administration experience and will be PC literate, particularly in Word, excel and Outlook. With good communication skills and highly organised, you will have experience within a role which has involved an element of communication with external companies.
A team player who is able to multi-task, you will stay calm under pressure and will show initiative and willingness to learn operation processes / engineering functions within the business.
