Our client is a leading car dealership group who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and presentable Receptionist/Showroom Host for one of their busy sites in Cambridge.
Responsibilities
Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
Providing information to callers, greeting visitors entering the organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
Dealing with queries or requests from the customers and public.
Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals. Organizing, planning, and customer service orientation
Responsibility for Reception area and team
Pricing cars, and testing batteries.
Assisting sales team when needed
This is a role for someone who is enthusiastic about dealing with customers, over the phone and face to face and able to other adhoc admin duties.
