NQ Solicitor ??? Real Estate Team ??? RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ lawyer to join a rapidly growing and highly experienced Real Estate team in a role which offers a Solicitor / Legal Executive the opportunity to develop their career within an international law firm. The team works with lenders, funders, investors and trustees working on portfolios of high finance acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in property aspects and be an integral part of the team.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with property aspects of large-scale loan refinancing for clients
* Reviewing title documentation and preparing reports on title and advising high net worth clients in relation to investments
* Providing advice to borrowers and lenders upon the charging of residential and mixed-development sites
* Running smaller charging transactions
* Complying with due diligence and putting them into charge
* Legal research
* Acting for lenders on approval and contents to various legal documents entered into by borrowers
* Overseeing more junior colleagues on complex searches and Land Registry applications
* Attending and participating in firm-wide and departmental training
* Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive and have 0 - 2 years PQE experience in residential and / or commercial property
* You will have experience of running matters but you will be working under supervision and as part of a larger team
* You will have a proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files
* You will have a strong client focus
* You will be driven, enthusiastic and highly organised
* You will have exceptional communication skills; written and spoken
* You will be a strong team player
