Selective Recruitment are working with a large reputable organisation who are looking to recruit an Internal Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and manage the recruitment process.
Benefits of the Internal Recruiter:
Location:Thame
Hours: 9 - 5
Salary: up to GBP27,000 dependent on experience
Holiday:26 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Parking:On-site parking
This is a challenging and rewarding role within a forward-thinking in-house recruitment team. You'll provide a proactive resourcing solution to your clients, responsible for the recruitment processes from conception to fulfillment.
Working as part of a team to achieve results and meet all agreed SLAs in a fast-paced environment, great collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential.
Hours are 37.5 hours based over 5 days Mon-Fri. (Flexible working pattern between 8am - 7pm)
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strategic partnerships with your clients and colleagues, updating them regularly.
• Plan and manage workload.
• Develop effective resourcing solutions. Leverage all relevant opportunities and avenues for candidate generation.
• Write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
You would enjoy this role if:
• You are passionate about recruitment and matching the right skills to the right role
• If you are self-motivated and experienced in finding creative and effective ways to source and engage candidates
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to prioritise your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role
• Confident with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary
Essential criteria
• IT literate - including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards and experience using social media for recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have:
•Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
•Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
•Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
