Senior Town Planner - Manchester
HA 8017
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner to join a leading planning and development consultancy as part of their talented Manchester team. Their planners currently deliver expert planning advice to their clients including retailers, developers, investment institutions and local authorities and work on some of the UK's most exciting and challenging projects.
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
Within the role the successful Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
