Residents Community Programme Officer
Perm Contract until June 2019 (possibility of extension)
Salary GBP32,000
Our Client is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Programme Officer to work as part of the Community Investment team.
Experienced/Skills:
* Organise, manage and run participant registration events to increase the numbers of residents accessing our programmes.
* Develop programme plans and monitor programme performance against defined outcome targets.
* Work closely with communications and internal teams to lead on the creation of new and innovative ways of engaging and referring residents onto programmes. Use stock and resident data to target and plan communications campaigns and programme activities.
* Manage associated programme databases ensuring that all files are up to date and compliant with programme /project regulations.
* Develop a working knowledge of the HACT Social Value measurement tool and manage the input and production of data to support the use of this tool in evaluating community investment project ROI.
* Level 3 NVQ in Information, Advice & Guidance or equivalent or relevant experience.
* Clearly demonstrable experience of using innovative and imaginative methods of stakeholder engagement to recruit participants for a wide range of programmes.
* Experience of using application software to monitor programme delivery.
* Experience of developing and managing multiple programme plans
* Experience of producing performance management reports and monitoring progress against defined targets.
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment
* Experience of offering support and advice to a diverse range of residents, including those who are distant from the job market
Excellent customer services skills and the ability to liaise face to face, on the phone and in a team environment required.
