EPI are keen to hear from Healthcare Professionals who can come into the business and work closely with them in a small company environment. They will be able to identify new markets, new partnerships, and new ways to reach existing customers. Also to offer new products or services to better meet the needs of our existing customer base.

What we would like

  • A strong understanding of the medical environment
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience within a Health Professional focused role OR a strong background in business development (an ideal candidate would have both)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coming across well on the phone, online and in person
  • Someone who can engage and communicate with anyone, from any background
  • Experience or strong understanding of working in a small business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to strategically manage and develop client relationships
  • A positive attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Competence in identifying and driving new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Day-to-day contact with clients
  • Building long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Taking an active role in the preparation and presentation of proposals and bids
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote the products and services of EPI
  • Develop sales support materials to create awareness, impact and engagement with prospective clients
  •  A creative eye, with a strong critical ability in proofreading and copywriting creative work
  • Solid experience across multi-channel marketing (both digital and non)
