Swansea Building Society is looking to appoint an ambitious full time Business Development Manager, covering Ceredigion & Pembrokeshire in West Wales.

In this role you will expand our mortgage book, reporting to the Carmarthen Branch Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Promote the Society's products and services. 
  • Create plans to increase mortgage business achieving realistic targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with key professionals.
  • Deliver a market leading level of customer service. 

About you:

  • Proven track record as a mortgage adviser or commercial manager at a Bank
  • CeMAP mortgage qualification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate mortgage applications
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Welsh language skills – advantageous
