SALARY: GBPGenerous salary+ Fee Share Package (Uncapped earning potential)
THE ROLE:
Boosting an array of experienced Partners and Solicitors this growing innovative firm is looking to build on their recent successes through the appointment of a skilled Commercial Litigation Partner. The firm is keen to bolster their litigation offerings and they are poised to complete their ambitious growth plans. The role involves the appointed Commercial Litigation Partner to join a highly ranked team and cover the broad remit of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, professional negligence, construction disputes, property litigation and shareholder claims. You will be required to network and business develop to ensure that influx of new instructions continues to stream through.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a highly competent Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has been practising for a minimum of 7+ years. You will either be a Senior Associate or Partner within a leading commercial litigation team and will be looking for a move as a Equity Partner. Technically sound you will have dealt with a wide and varied caseload of commercial litigation files and be looking for the next step in your career. You may already be working in the West Midlands area and will have strong ties to the region or be interested in relocating to the area. A well known name in the market you will have a portfolio of clients and contacts who will be only too happy to instruct you on future matters.
