This is a fantastic opportunity to join the College at a key moment in its development; we are undergoing a period of exciting growth and change.

The purpose of this role is to support the President's Office Manager with the day-to-day management and running of the President's Office as part of a professional, friendly, supportive team.

The key responsibilities will include comprehensive diary management, organising meetings and/or events, managing email and postal correspondence, organising travel and generally assisting with the smooth running of the office. Meeting management will include preparing agendas, collating/distributing papers and taking minutes.

This role focuses on servicing the requirements of an elected Council and includes organising events and dinners across the year.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable PA/EA experience at a senior level, excellent communication and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for candidates with the ability to prioritise a full workload, work to demanding deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
