We are currently recruiting for an excellent entry level opportunity as a Leasehold Administrator based in North West London for our client a leading housing association with over 40 years' experience of developing and managing affordable homes to rent and buy. They believe that having a good home makes everything possible.
They own and manage over 20,000 homes across London and the South East, and work on the principle that They can and must do everything possible to meet the housing crisis. They aim to build around 1,000 homes a year across all tenures and they are working to achieve overall customer satisfaction of 90%.
They pride itself on being a strong developer with an excellent reputation - They are one of just seven housing associations in the country with 'trusted partner' status from the Government's Homes and Communities Agency.
This is a temporary position with the potential to secure a permanent opportunity offering excellent career development.
This is paying up to GBP19.00 per hour LTD/Umbrella.
