Raven is a Housing Association with 6,500 homes working across East Surrey and Sussex. We build homes for those that can’t meet their housing needs in the market and in doing so we help them change their lives.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Investment Assistant to support and work directly with customers on the phone, by email and face to face to understand their financial needs and the solutions available to them.
You will work with the whole team, but more closely with our moneywise team who help people make the most of their finances, talking to customers to understand their needs and the solutions available. Your main responsibilities within this role are; to check incoming referrals to the moneywise team, primarily over the telephone or through email, gathering feedback from clients of the service, updating the databases and spreadsheets to collate information, processing invoices, preparing paperwork for meetings, assisting customers with completing forms both face to face and over the phone and providing admin support as required.
To be successful you must have experience of dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face and have basic IT skills. You will have good communication, planning and organisation skills and be willing to learn and succeed in the role. Ideally, you will have a full driving licence and have access to own transport.
