Fee Earner - Conveyancing

Multi-office practice seeks Conveyancing Fee Earner on a permanent basis in Avon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a CQS accredited department on a permanent basis in Bristol. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful fee earner will work closely with the team's existing conveyancers to manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion. Strong knowledge and experience of all aspects of the conveyancing process will be essential.

Responsibilities

- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Re-mortgages
- Shared ownership
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Equity release transactions
- Advising on SDLT and Land Registry fees
- Submitting searches and investigating titles
- Achieving firm-set billing targets
- Participation in marketing and business development

The Candidate

- Applications are welcomed from solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or paralegals with a minimum of two years' PQE
- Solid, practical experience in residential property will be essential
- Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
- Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Is personable, professional and detail-orientated
- Strives for high standards in their work
