Lexcel accredited Watford firm seeks ambitious Housing Solicitor/Supervisor.

Our client is currently seeking to attract a driven solicitor/supervisor to join its specialist housing department. Focusing on a broad range of housing matters, the successful solicitor/supervisor will be familiar with the LAA regime and the full breadth of housing law.


- Landlord and tenant matters
- Homelessness
- Disrepair
- Harassment
- Unlawful eviction
- Anti-social behaviour
- Local authority accommodation
- House of multiple occupancy
- Right to buy matters

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of two years' PQE
- LAA Supervisor status would be beneficial
- Solid knowledge of all housing matters
- Familiar with the LAA regime
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively
