As our In House Recruitment Associate you will be part of a team of people who are responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle for professional / technical positions across the UK. You will be recruiting for a variety of roles across Vitality Health and Vitality Life.
This is an initial 6 month position.
Responsibilities as our In House Recruitment Associate include:
- Design and execute relevant attraction strategies
- Advertise positions on the Vitality website and job boards
- Utilising job boards and social media channels to attract candidates
- Use existing applicant talent pools
- Manage candidates through their journey with us
- Pre-screen applicants through to telephone interview
- Conduct candidate telephone interviews
- Arrange face to face interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Liaising with hiring managers, L&D and Planning throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting on recruitment progress to the relevant Line Managers
- Building relationships with recruitment agencies who help support Vitality
- Make job offers to successful candidates
To become our In House Recruitment Associate, you will have the below skills and experience:
- Previous recruitment experience in a face paced environment is essential
- Experience recruiting for professional / technical positions
- Proactive sourcing & networking experience using LinkedIn, conferences, referrals and job boards
- Experience interviewing candidates both over the phone and in person
- Previous experience using recruitment systems
- Excellent organisation skills
- The ability to multi-task and handle different demands from various areas of the business
- Good time management skills
- Positive and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
