Metworks is the in-house repairs and maintenance team for MTVH who has been providing affordable Housing & Care Support in the UK for over 65 years.
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Multi Trade Operative who is Joiner biased to join our team in South London
You need to have a full UK driving license and will be provided with your own Metropolitan van for working hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties include general maintenance & repairs in occupied homes.
Excellent customer facing/services skills essential as you will be working in customers' homes and rectifying an issues they have had
Ability to finish work to a very high standard and leave the job in a clean and tidy manner
Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally qualified in Joinery/Carpentry must have a trade background
Full UK Drivers License
