* Managing a team of 6 regional sales managers
* Ensuring targets are met by identify strong opportunities and mentoring staff, attending client meetings and nurturing fledgling accounts
* New business and account management - selling electronic components into several marketplaces
* Dealing with incoming technical queries
* Targeting key clients in assigned regions
* National travel, with some stayaway
Personal Requirements
* Experienced technical sales manager
* Background of working with or selling electronics
* Experience of business to business sales
* Valid driver's licence
