Investment Analyst / Manager BCPP73395

Our client is a collaboration of 13 Local Government Pension Funds with a total asset value of £47 billion. They are an FCA regulated investment company managing assets through both internal (direct securities) and external (funds) management with a number of investment vehicles, including an Authorised Contractual Scheme.  They started managing financial assets from mid- 2018.

In the role you will undertake industry specific and stock research and perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses. Building and using financial models, you will work with both internal and external resources to generate sustainable investment opportunities.

With previous investment management or investment analyst experience and a background in accounting or finance, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, combined with in-depth analysis and robust valuation techniques. This role is one of continual development, starting as an Investment Analyst with the potential to progress to a Portfolio Manager over time
