They are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their team, covering a territory of South Wales, West Wales and Herefordshire (SA / CF / NP / LD / HR postcodes).

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll maximise sales of our client’s high-quality bathroom solutions in your territory.

In this key role, you’ll visit existing and prospective customers within Builders Merchants and Bathroom Showrooms, provide them with promotional materials and promote the benefits of our client’s products. 

Building positive working relationships, you’ll gain a strong understanding of customers’ needs and recommend the best products and training needs to meet their requirements. 

Additionally, you’ll continuously identify new business opportunities and strive to explore all avenues in order to make a sale. 

To be considered, you’ll need:

- B2B field sales experience
- Customer Record Management experience
- IT and analytical skills (to evaluate sales and plan selling strategies)

Our client is also keen to hear from more junior candidates with tenacity and a passion to pursue a career in field sales. Full product and sales training will be provided to support your career ambitions. 

As the Area Sales Manager, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively prioritise your workload is also key.
