Customer Service Assistant

You will be working for a busy internet retailer at their friendly office and distribution centre based in Biggin Hill, Kent.

Working as part of their customer service team you will be dealing with telephone and email sales enquiries, and dealing with customer queries. Previous office experience is preferred however is not essential as full training will be given.

They are a company that invest in their staff, with ongoing on the job training and an annual appraisal system, no weekend work, with free on-site parking, and use of staff room.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8-5 with an hour for lunch.
