Location: Leicester
Summary
Working with Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis, our Client, a long-established firm based in Leicester, is seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly & close-knit team who work closely with clients to deliver an excellent service working with local and international businesses.
Duties / Responsibilities
*Purchase & Sales Ledger (£'s, $'s & €'s),
*Credit control,
*Bank reconciliations,
*Petty cash & Banking
*Month & year-end duties and assisting with audit preparation
*Other adhoc administration / accounting duties as required and assigned by the Finance Manager.
Experience / Requirements
*ESSENTIAL: min 3-5+ years proven all-round accounts experience
*Excellent numeracy, literacy & attention to detail,
*The ability to work independently, be self-motivated & oversee all areas of accounts,
*Strong communication skills at all levels of the business,
*QUALIFICATIONS: AAT, part or fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent and QBE
*SYSTEMS: Xero, Sage, MS Excel.
