The Role: 

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our client’s sales activities and delivering a first-class service to customers. 

Liaising directly with customers, you’ll process orders and accurately enter them on to the system, support invoicing and ensure orders make it to customers within the advised timeframes. 

Additionally, your duties will involve: 

- Liaising with the Product Planner regarding stock availability and lead times 
- Emailing acknowledgements to customers 
- Following credit control procedures 
- Progressed and resolving customer and supplier queries regarding lead times, pricing and invoices 
- Working with suppliers regarding back-to-back and direct orders 
- Maintaining records and information systems 
- Helping to respond to incoming call and other admin 

About You: 

To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you’ll need: 

- Previous administration experience 
- A strong level of IT literacy and excellent keyboard skills 
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above 
- An enthusiastic and hard-working approach 

Experience gained within a utilities sector supply environment would be beneficial to your application.
