Have you recently completed a Masters in Town Planning or associated subject?
Do you hold any previous experience with a Planning team for a Private practice?
Have you got an excellent understanding of the Planning system?
We are seeking a recent Graduate or Assistant level Town Planner to join a National Housebuilder in their offices located in Lancaster.
You:
* Will hold a RTPI accredited Town planning degree
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous private or public sector experience would be highly beneficial
* Strong geographical knowledge of the North West
* Excellent understanding of the planning system
The role:
* Support the planning and land team
* Undertake planning applications
* Identify and asses land development opportunities
* Support financial appraisals of new sites
* Negotiate s106 agreements and planning conditions
