Lettings Negotiators

Due to increased business levels, great opportunities for Lettings negotiators are currently required for this vibrant and progressive estate agency in Peterborough to work in their growing Lettings department.

Responsibilities will include rental, viewings, devising marketing strategies and ensuring that individual targets are met. Previous experience would be an advantage, but would consider without for the right candidate.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, good relationship-building qualities and strong negotiation skills. ARLA qualifications are desirable but not essential as well as good knowledge of the local market. Full training will be given, along with car allowance and generous OTE.
