We are currently recruiting for solution and process driven UK Sales Operations Manager who will be providing Sales / Service Support and Finance Support within a Supply Chain Solutions Business, based in Manchester.
Sales Support: To co-ordinate sales activity and sales reps.
Location: Manchester | Office-based role | Travel to UK customers may be required on occasion

The successful UK Sales Operations Manager will be:
* Responsible for the ownership and provision of full support to the UK Sales Team.
* Providing Service Support as the main contact for breakdown repair coordination.
* Supporting the Finance Director with any ad hoc projects as required.
* Ensuring timely collaboration, management, and deployment of all internal operations relating to UK sales.
* Developing and implementing compliant processes and systems to ensure that work flow meets customer requirements (UK sales, sales support, maintenance and service level agreement support).
* Compiling and submitting tender documentation and pricing requests (for NHS and NHSCCS, Procurement hubs and private organisations).
* Managing sales inventory tracking systems.
* Organising the completion of customer product specification documents.
* Supporting our Clients UK Sales team and customer service processes, supplier liaison and defined office duties.
* Providing relationship support to UK sales management, Field Sales Managers and Clinical Support Specialists.
* Management of all UK Sales pricing requirements (competitive,tenders, quoting and pricing requests).
* Preparing financial performance reports (to assist the Finance Director).
* Overseeing order entry, supply chain tracking, pipeline administration, Service Level Agreement management and support, RMA (returned Material Authorisations) and product transfer.
* Managing and updating of internal sales pipeline/reporting process on weekly basis
* Supporting trial equipment requests, logistics and regulations relating to equipment.
* Responsible for the administration of product evaluations
* Supporting relationships with the warehouse including booking in/out, queries and stock control
* Building an In-depth and ongoing knowledge of NHS services, Medical engineering, EBME, and relevant departmental services
* Covering the team (variety of tasks as required) due to holiday/sickness or busy times.
* Answering UK Sales and Service customer calls in support of UK growth and productivity.
* Planning, preparing for and support UK trade shows, meeting
* Ensuring internal customer communications are managed, directed and tracked appropriately within the company in alignment with customer relationship management and reporting systems.
* Maintaining appropriate work files to ensure regulatory compliance with regulatory body (ISO and FDA) requirements.
* Supporting all clinical, product and sales process training.
* Developing an in-depth knowledge of UK Sales operational processes, supporting continuous improvement programs.
* Providing support to Internal colleagues, including on occasion the International Sales team as workload permits.
* Compiling and submission of tender documents, pricing requests for NHS and NHSCCS
* Supporting the Finance Director with basic reporting activities is preferred.

Understanding of financial reports
Customer Relationship Management, Sales process, selling and telephone, verbal written skills.
A background in office administration with experience of acting as a team support or personal assistant.
Experience of implementing and/or using business management processes.
Sound experience of operational team support.
Strong knowledge and experience of CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite and robust computer skills
Willingness to embrace new software systems.
Desirable
Financial / Accounting experience (ie making payments)
Medical device / Medical device service and maintenance industry along with a healthcare procurement route-based background (not essential).
Degree level education in business management or finance (not essential).
