Fel Swyddog Datblygu fe fydd disgwyl i chi gynorthwyo wrth ddarparu gwasanaeth datblygu cynhwysfawr a gweithgar ac i gynorthwyo wrth ddatblygu a gweithredu Strategaeth Ddatblygu’r Cwmni a’r ddarpariaeth o dai newydd i’n cwsmeriaid, yn ogystal a gweithredu fel rhan o’r tîm Datblygu er mwyn sicrhau dyluniad, datblygiad a rheolaeth effeithiol, effeithlon a sensitif o’r stoc dai o fewn y Cwmni.

Mae’n hanfodol i ddeilydd y swydd yma gael BSc (Anrh) mewn Rheoli a Datblygiad Adeiladu neu Dai neu gyfatebol. Mae’r gallu i siarad cymraeg yn hanfodol yn y swydd hon.

 

Development Officer (New Build)

Temporary up to 24 months

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Development Officer, you would be expected to assist in providing a comprehensive and proactive development service to assist in the development and implementation of the Company Development Strategy and the provision of new homes for our customers, and to operate as part of the Development team to ensure the effective, efficient and sensitive design, development and management of the housing stock within the Company.

It is essential that the post holder has a BSc (Hons) in Building or Housing Management & Development or equivalent. The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
