Customer Service Liaison

Based in Havant, this company is the leading brochure-style web design company in the UK with over 1,900 small business clients. Their clients want great looking websites designed by professionals with the minimum hassle. They design, build and maintain the websites on their behalf and they give them a Content Management System to update their website whenever they need. They are a hard working and friendly team with big plans.

You'll spend your days talking to a fascinating range of clients on the phone and by email helping them with managing, updating and improving their website.

You will always be busy and you will work on a wide range of exciting and interesting projects. You will receive full training and support from their experienced team and you'll learn lots about web design and customer service.

At your interview you'll need to demonstrate:

- A friendly, confident & charismatic manner
- A passion for customer services and client handling
- An excellent attitude to work
- Great written English skills

HTML, CSS and Graphic Design experience is welcome, but in no way required.

Your salary…
In return for your hard work they will reward you with a starting salary of between £17,000 and £22,000 depending on experience.
