Our client designs and supports innovative internet software to help organisations in the social and healthcare sector look after their clients.  

They are now seeking a Digital Support Assistant to join their team in Plymouth.

Your Role

As a Digital Support Assistant, you will be working with local councils and third sector support providers to optimise their processes and ensure they can get the best from their systems.

Working across all aspects of a business, you will complete support tasks and resolve queries for clients and the team, as well as getting involved with system configuration, website admin, and client account management activities.

About You 

To be considered as a Digital Support Assistant, you will need:

- Some technical support and IT systems experience

- A passion for technology and data

- An inquisitive, resourceful, ingenious and productive mindset

- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to pick up skills quickly
