As a Receptionist/Administrator for St Monica Trust you will provide a full reception service, acting as first point of contact for all visitors and residents, and to give information and advice about the Trust, the site and its services. In addition you will provide administrative support to colleagues from other departments as required.

Main duties include:

* Delivering an exceptional 'front of house' service for the Garden House

* Supporting the Garden House teams with their admin needs including the maintenance of accurate database records

* Preparation for the welcoming of new residents into the home, adhering to the Trusts admissions process

* Managing email and telephone enquiries

* Minute taking, filing/photocopying

* Working closely with the Administration Manager to meet deadlines and to continuously improve the service

Essential qualifications

Relevant administration/customer service/Information and advice Level 2/3

GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)

Proven Experience

Customer facing roles

Administration including maintaining databases

Cash/financial transactions handling

Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher

Handling sensitive and confidential information
