Workshop Fitter
Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plant Fitter to join their team based at the Ossett Depot.
This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive hire company dedicated to customer care; and offers an attractive financial package coupled with good career prospects and excellent working conditions.
Key Function of the Role:
Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance and repair to a high standard of hire equipment based at our Ossett Depot and also the repair and servicing of equipment on site as and when required.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience at the appropriate level within the plant hire or associated industries.
The successful candidate must have:
- A full UK driving license
- Good communication skills
- Strong commitment towards safe working practices
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good team worker
- Be willing to work 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
-Be happy to work overtime, as and when required, (may also include Saturday mornings)
