Great opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to become a key member of the management team in one of the top Fresh food processing companies in Northern Ireland. The company just had a brilliant 2017 opening a brand new ingredients factory as well as very successful new product launches. 2018 has seen repeat success and the company is getting ready for more new products about to go to market early next year.
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising 20 staff in the preparation department and ensuring that all standards are adhered to. You will become part of the Senior Management team and will play an integral part in continuing to drive the business forward in its success.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous management experience within a busy production environment - Food production is highly desirable
- Experience in implementing lean techniques.
- Experience working with BRC
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Has an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate & HACCP
