Are you an experienced customer service adviser who wants to continue using their transferable skills in a different environment?
Do you have experience with inbound and outbound calling to new and existing clients?
Are you fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite?
Do you want to work in Wilmslow?

Duties include:
* You will be offering frontline client contact and support using latest technology and case management software
* Contacting new and existing clients via telephone and email (inbound and outbound) and advising them on new claims
* Review and collate client information and documentation
* Prepare cases in readiness for claim submissions
* Process all related claims within the operations department
* Dealing with other professional services and providers relate to the cases
* Liaise and work with internal customers and departments
* Updating information onto case management system

You will be friendly and personable and enjoy speaking to people at all levels as well as engaging with prospective clients and highlighting the features and benefits of the firm services.
The role is full time and covers evening and weekend shift patterns on a roster basis, so not every weekend normally approximately 1 per month.
The hours of work will be:
Normal 9am - 5.30pm
Lates 11.45am - 8.15pm
Weekend Sat and Sun 10am - 4.15pm
