Our client, a well-known manufacturing company based in Motherwell is looking to add a part time HR Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract. The purpose of this role will be to support the HR advisor with recruitment admin tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
* Issuing recruitment letters
* Liaising with payroll department regarding new employees
* General administration duties
* Advertising job vacancies
* Filing and scanning paperwork
To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and background:
* Previous administration experience in a HR/Recruitment setting
* Previous experience in Manufacturing sector is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
